Here is a 15 minute presentation I recorded for a community of practice related to reimagining government and public services, with a present focus on using stories for more meaningful measurement.
I go through how the WayFinder Platform has been used as part of a participatory “action learning” approach to improving young people’s experiences in a community sport club.
